Some heel pain tips...

If detected early, heel pain is usually able to be treated with conservative options. The longer you wait to see a podiatrist, the more difficult it is to successfully treat. Consider the following:

  • Wear supportive shoes
  • Avoid walking barefoot
  • Stretch your feet well prior to exercising
  • Ice you heel if pain is felt
